Why Can’t I schedule for Routine Cleanings Through Online Portal?

We offer flat rate deals for all of our one time services, but for routine cleanings depending on frequency and size these jobs could be placed at a discounted rate and we have other platforms that we use that are better suited for regularly scheduled appointments, which is why if you are interested in a routine cleaning send us a email or give us a call about our pricing.

I Scheduled an Appointment, But Would Like To Cancel.

No Worries! No payment information is collected until we arrive on property and before a service is completed, if you would like to cancel you can text our business line (760) 280-8191 or send us an email before the date we are scheduled to come out (we ask that you do this before we make our way out though).

Why Are Move In/Outs More Expensive?

Move In / Move Outs become a bit more expensive as we do a secondary cleaning up / spot removal, inspection and review before wrapping it up at the property. These prices reflect the extra time and dedication needed to take place before leaving a rental property or before a new tenant is to move in.
