This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for the cleaning services to be provided. By booking our services you agree to the following terms.
Client preparations and requirements.
For us to preform a thorough and efficient deep clean the property must be completely vacant of all personal furniture, belongings, and debris. (ie. trash that was already in house). prior to our teams arrival. this includes but is not limited to :
–All furniture (sofas, beds, tables, chairs etc.)
–All personal items (clothing, toys, kitchenware, electronics, chords, weights, bags, etc)
–All trash, recycling, and left over food items.
-All rugs and floor mats. (unless prior stated in agreement of service via email, phone call, text in which both parties agree.)
2 Conditions for service commencement
Our cleaning team will conduct a brief but thorough walk through of the property before any work is to be done or started to confirm the property meets preparation requirements as stated in section 1 above.
- 1. If property is vacant and ready we will proceed with the cleaning service as scheduled.
- 2. If property is NOT vacant of items as stated above in section one. The service cannot be preformed. This is to ensure the safety of our staff, prevent damage to your belongings, and allow us to deliver the high-quality standard of cleaning you expect.
3. Rescheduling policy for noncompliance.
In the event that the property is not ready for cleaning as required:
- The appointment will be cancelled on site.
- A rescheduling fee of $50 will be applied to book a new appointment. this fee covers lost time and operational costs for our team.
- The client must contact us within 48 hours to reschedule for free. the new appointment will be subject to current availability.
- We will not be held liable for any delays for your move in / move out timeline resulting from the need to reschedule.
We are NOT a Hauling Company
For massive amounts of trash or garbage that exceed what can fit in trash bins we do NOT offer trash hauling. Please make contact with proper channels for excessive junk removal.
