At Field Day Cleaning Solutions LLC, your satisfaction is our top priority. While we strive to deliver excellent service every time, we understand that expectations may not always be met.
Partial Refund Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with our service, we offer a 50% refund after a cleaning has been completed. This is subject to the terms below:
- Request must be made within 24 hours of the completed service.
- Email your request to: customersupport@fielddaycleaningsolutions.com.
- Include clear photos of the areas in question and a brief explanation of what you are dissatisfied with.
Free Follow-Up Visit
Before issuing a refund, we offer one free follow-up service to correct any issues. If you’re still not satisfied after the follow-up, you will still be eligible for the 50% refund, which may be claimed within 3 days following the follow-up.
Contract Customers & Cancellations
If you are on a routine cleaning contract, requesting a refund may prompt a cancellation of your service agreement with us. We reserve the right to review and terminate ongoing service contracts in the event of a partial refund claim.
Future Service Limitations
By receiving a refund, you understand and agree that Field Day Cleaning Solutions LLC may suspend further services to you for up to one year from the refund date.
