We are not liable for any lost, misplaced, or stolen property. Clients are expected to secure or store away personal belongings prior to service. We are also not responsible for damage that existed prior to our arrival. Any potential issues must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

3. Safety and Access

Clients must provide a safe working environment, including clear access to the property and any necessary codes or keys. We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are hazardous or violate health and safety standards.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least three (3) days in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Late cancellations may incur a charge equal to a percentage of the booked service.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise stated in a written agreement. We accept cash, credit, and other electronic payment methods as specified during booking.
