We understand that sometimes people change their minds on what they want and as we strive to prove our worth that customers may want to still cancel regardless of reason so in this page we will have a clear definition of if this is the right process for you.

Door to Door Sales: We understand that one of the best ways to advertise our brand is by going door to door at times and seeing if people may be interested in having a good deep clean, yard maintenance or junk removal. That being said there are several laws in place that help to protect consumers from greedy corporations/businessmen the “cooling off period” is a term that’s commonly used to protect consumers from making a rushed decision from that sales representative at the door, which states a 3 day (72 hour) cooldown period where if the customer wants can cancel the contract at any time during that period and if charge may be entitled to a full refund without a cancellation fee. That being said we may still require a payment method on file. Customers Will Not Be Charged Until Service Is Completed.
-How to cancel.
Cancellation is simple, We will Always schedule 3 days from the time of agreement as we aren’t trying to make people think they have to jump through hoops for a cancellation during this period, by doing this it helps protect not only the customer but keeps us afloat as well.
When during the 3 day cooldown period: cancellation is simple please send an email to us through admin@fielddaycleaningsolutions.com with “Cancellation” as the subject matter. you may provide reasons for cancellation in the email as we are dedicated to fixing issues and providing a better service in the future.
When outside of the 3 day cooldown period: After the 3 day cooldown period we are on the way, We will have our equipment for the job and dedicated workers ready to go and provide an excellent service, these things cost money from gas and preparing equipment to money provided to the team to complete a service. That being said we charge a small fee to help keep us floating right now this fee is $40.
If you booked a service with us through other means…
Generally if you book an appointment with us and you decide you want to cancel before the appointment date you can follow the same process as the cooldown period rule, just send an email to us through admin@fielddaycleaningsolutions.com with “Cancellation” as the subject matter. If a team is dispatched the fee of $40 will still apply.
